Antonin is a French strategy and transformation consultant working at the intersection of innovation, technology and business change.
Before founding henō, he worked at Capgemini Invent, shaping innovation ecosystems and transformation agendas while supporting senior leaders on complex global programs, including as Chief of Staff on one of the firm’s largest client accounts.
Living and working across Europe, and now India, has shaped his international and cross-cultural perspective. His approach combines curiosity, creative thinking and close collaboration to bring clarity to complex challenges and help turn ambition into practical progress.
